Ignitex Return and Refund Policy

At Ignitex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
• For replacements within 15 delivery days, please contact customer care at mail@vajayur.com or call us at Toll-Free: 1800 889 1098 (Operating hours: 10 am to 5:30 pm, Sat/Sunday Holiday).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed.
• If the customer paid twice for one product, the refund will cover one transaction, If She/he
  Wants.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• No refund request will be accepted if the refund is initiated after the product is shipped.
• Products purchased more than 15 days ago.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it in accordance with the return policy.
